Shri K V Eapen IAS (Assam Meghalya 1984) presently Secretary, Department of Administrative Reforms & Public Grievances and Department of Pension & Pensioners’ Welfare, Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances & Pensions , has been given additional charge of the post of Secretary, Ministry of Development of North Eastern Region (MDoNER) from 06.11.2018 to 14.11.2018 during the period of absence on leave of Shri Navin Verma IAS (Bihar 1982).
