Shri K Balaji Majumdar IRS (C&CE 1995) presently Private Secretary to Former Minister of State for Science and Technology (Shri Y S Chowdary) has been relieved from the post.
Shri Majumdar had served in the Customs and Central Excise Departments under the Central Board of Excise and Customs (CBEC) in various capacities. Moreover, he got Presidential Award in 2014 for special distinguished record of service as Additional Director, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence (DRI), Zonal Unit, Chennai.
