In collaboration with NITI Aayog, iGOT Karmayogi Bharat, the government capacity development ecosystem for development of government officials, has introduced a specialized collection for the Aspirational Blocks Programme (ABP). This program is an extension of the successful Aspirational Districts Programme by NITI Aayog.
This curated collection is tailored to boost the competencies of 5,000 Block-level officials in 500 identified Blocks. It equips them with the necessary knowledge and skills for effective duty performance. Hosted on the iGOT Platform, these courses empower officials to contribute significantly to the development of underserved Blocks, strengthening grassroots governance in India. The collection includes the following 10 courses:

The iGOT Karmayogi portal (https://igotkarmayogi.gov.in/) serves as a comprehensive online resource for government officials nd comprises o six functional hubs, offering online learning, competency management, career management, discussions, events, and networking. Presently, it boasts over 22.2 lakh registered learners from various government departments, granting them access to a vast library of 685+ courses.
