Himachal Transfers – 3 IAS Transfers in HP Bureaucracy | The HP Govt has reshuffled 3 IAS Officers across the state with Dr. Abhishek Jain IAS ( 2002) presently Secretary (Education & Information Technology) , also holding charge of the post of Secretary (Technical Education) , Shimla shall also hold additional charge of the post of Secretary to CM, Himachal Pradesh, A Shainamol IAS ( 2007) presently awaiting posting now posted as Divisional Commissioner- Kangra Division at Dharamshala, District Kangra while Torul S Raveesh IAS ( 2016) presently Special Secretary (Public Works & Information Technology) , Shimla now posted transferred as DC – Kinnauar at Reckong Peo, District Kinnaur, Himachal Pradesh.
