4 Assam IAS Transfers – Indian Bureaucracy News | The Assam Govt has shifted 4 Indian Administrative Service Officers across the state with  Paban Kumar Borthakur IAS ( 1989) presently ACS- Social Welfare, Cultural Affairs and Irrigation Depts transferred as ACS-  Transformation & Development, Cultural Affairs and Irrigation Depts,  Samir Kumar Sinha IAS ( 1994) presently Principal Secretary- Finance, Health & Family Welfare and Transformation & Development Depts and Additional Principal Resident Commissioner- Assam Bhawan, New Delhi  relieved from the additional charge of Principal Secretary- Transformation & Development Dept,  Mukesh C Sahu IAS (1996) presently Chief Electoral Officer- Assam and Commissioner & Secretary- Election Department transferred as Commissioner- Barak Valley Division and Commissioner & Secretary- Social Welfare and Soil Conservation Departments as additional charge while Nitin Kumar Shivdas Khade IAS (2004) presently Commissioner- Barak Valley Division and Development Commissioner- Hill Areas and Commissioner & Secretary- Finance, Transformation & Development and Soil Conservation Departments and CEO- SITA is now posted as Chief Electoral Officer- Assam and Commissioner & Secretary- Election Department.
