Indian Bureaucracy News Latest: The Central Government has made 5 Secretary level appointments in the Indian Bureaucracy with Radheyshyam Julaniya of 1985 batch being appointed as Secretary- Department of Sports in place of Rahul Prasad Bhatnagar (1983) who goes as Secretary for Panchayati Raj. Air India CMD Pradeep Singh Kharola also an IAS of 1985 batch has been appointed as Secretary, Ministry of Civil Aviation, while Sailesh (1985) has been given charge as Secretary- Ministry of Minority Affairs along with the additional charge as Secretary, Department of Official Language . Upendra Prasad Singh (1985) presently Secretary- Ministry of Water Resources, River Development and Ganga Rejuvenation has been given additional charge as Secretary, Ministry of Labour & Employment.
