Bihar Transfers – 15 IAS reshuffle in Bihar | The Bihar Govt has shifted 15 Indian Administrative Service Officers with Chaitanya Prasad IAS (Bihar 1990) presently  ACS- Home with additional charge of ACS- Vigilance posted as ACS- Water Resources Department. He will hold the additional charge of posts of ACS- Minor Water Resources Department and ACS- Vigilance while Keshav Kumar Pathak IAS (Bihar 1990) presently  ACS- Prohibition, Excise and Registration Department with additional charge of DG, Bihar Institute of Public Administration and Rural Development (BIPARD) posted as ACS- Education Department. He will continue to hold additional charge of DG, BIPARD, Pratyaya Amrit IAS (Bihar 1991) presently ACS- Health Department with additional charge of ACS- Road Construction Department given additional charge of ACS- Disaster Management Department, Dr. S Siddharth IAS (Bihar 1991) presently  Principal Secretary, CM Secretariat with additional charges of ACS- Finance, and ACS- Cabinet Secretariat posted as ACS- Home. He will continue to hold the additional charges of ACS- Cabinet Secretariat/ Principal Secretary, CM Secretariat, and ACS- Finance.

Dipak Kumar Singh IAS (Bihar 1992) presently ACS- Education Deptt, Patna posted as ACS, Cooperative Department, Harjot Kaur Bamhrah IAS (Bihar 1992) presently  ACS-cum-Mining Commissioner, Mines and Geology Department with additional charges of MD, Bihar State Minerals Corporation Limited, MD, Bihar State Mining Corporation Limited and MD, Bihar State Women and Child Development Corporation posted as ACS- Art, Culture and Youth Affairs. She will hold the additional charge of MD, Bihar State Film Development and Finance Corporation, and be relieved of the MD, Bihar State Women and Child Development Corporation, Parmar Ravi Manubhai IAS (Bihar 1992) presently ACS-Minor Water Resources Deptt, Patna posted as ACS-cum-Mining Commissioner, Mines, and Geology Department with additional charges of MD, Bihar State Minerals Corporation Limited and MD, Bihar State Mining Corporation Limited.

Arvind Kr. Chaudhary IAS (Bihar 1995) presently Principal Secretary, Labour Department with additional charges of Examination Controller, Bihar State Combined Entrance Examination Board, Enquiry Commissioner, GAD, and Principal Secretary, Environment, Forest and Climate Change posted as Principal Secretary, Finance. He will hold the additional charge of Principal Secretary, Vigilance Department, Examination Controller, Bihar State Combined Entrance Examination Board and Enquiry Commissioner, GAD and be relieved of the charge of Principal Secretary, Environment, Forest and Climate Change, Vijaya Lakshmi Nadendla IAS (Bihar 1995) presently  awaiting posting orders after central deputation posted as Principal Secretary, Animal and Fisheries Resources Department, Dr. B Rajender IAS (Bihar 1995) presently  Principal Secretary, GAD with additional charges of Principal Secretary, Public Grievances, GAD, Mission Director, Bihar Administrative Reform Mission Society given additional charge of Principal Secretary, Labour Resources Department while Dr N Saravana Kumar IAS (Bihar 2000) posted as Secretary, Rural Development Department with additional charges of Chairman, Bihar Technical Service Commission and Enquiry Commissioner, GAD.

Sanjay Kumar Agarwal IAS (Bihar 2002) presently  Secretary, Water Resources Department with additional charges of Enquiry Commissioner, GAD and Secretary, Disaster Management Department posted as Secretary, Agriculture Department. He has been given additional charges of Secretary, Transport Department and Enquiry Commissioner, GAD but relieved of the charge of Secretary, Disaster Management Department, Bandana Preyashi IAS (Bihar 2003) presently  Secretary, Cooperative Department with additional charges of Secretary, Art, Culture and Youth Department and MD, Bihar State Film Development and Finance Corporation and Enquiry Commissioner, GAD posted as Secretary, Environment, Forest and Climate Change. She has been given additional charges of MD, Bihar State Women and Child Development Corporation and Enquiry Commissioner, GAD but relieved of the charge of MD, Bihar State Film Development and Finance Corporation, Ashima Jain IAS (Bihar 2008) presently  awaiting posting orders after central deputation posted as Special Secretary, Minor Water Resources Department while Pratibha Rani IAS (Bihar 2018) presently on leave now appointed as DDC, Darbhanga,  Bihar .
