Nine IAS Shifted in Odisha

Odisha IAS Reshuffle | Indian Bureaucracy News Update – The Odisha Govt has reshuffled 9 IAS Officers with immediate effect with Pradeep Kumar Jena IAS ( 1988) presently Principal Secretary- Water Resources Dept being posted as Special Relief Commissioner (SRC) , also holding charge of Principal Secretary-  Rural Development Dept and MD-  Odisha State Disaster Management Authority (OSDMA), while Bishnupada Sethi IAS (1995) presently Special Relief Commissioner (SRC)- goes as Secretary – Energy Dept with additional charge of CMD- Odisha Hydro Power Corporation (OHPC).

Sanjeev Chopra IAS ( 1990) presently Principal Secretary-  Industries Dept given charge of Principal Secretary, Home Dept with additional charge of Principal Secretary- General Administration & Public Grievance Dept, Saurabh Garg IAS ( 1991) presently Principal Secretary – Agriculture and Farmers’ Empowerment Dept given given additional charge of CMD- GRIDCO and OPTCL, and CEO- OCPL, while Hemant Sharma IAS ( 1995) presently Chairman & MD- GRIDCO has been posted as Secretary -Industries Department with additional charge of MSME Department Secretary and CMD, IPICOL.

Chithra Arumugam IAS ( 1995) presently Special Secretary- Planning & Convergence Dept now posted as Secretary- School & Mass Education Dept , Vishal Gagan IAS (1998) presently Special Secretary- Water Resources Dept has been given additional charge of Secretary  of the same department, Aravind Agrawal IAS ( 2007) presently Director- Social Welfare given additional charge of Additional Secretary- General Administration & Public Grievance Dept while Dr Mona Sharma IAS ( 1989) presently Principal Secretary-  Rural Development Departmenthas been appointed as Principal Secretary- Forest & Environment Department Secretary.
