Indian Bureaucracy Additional Secretary Extension | The DoPT has given 11 extensions in upgradation/ downgradation to the level of Additional Secretary with S K Dev Verman IAS (Manipur 1988) as Additional Secretary- Ministry of Minority Affairs, Praveen K Srivastava IAS (Assam Meghayala 1988) as Additional Secretary- Ministry of Home Affairs, Ansuli Arya IAS (Bihar 1989) as Administrator- Universal Service Obligation Fund, Department of Telecommunications and Talleen Kumar IAS (West Bengal 1987) as Chief Executive Officer- Government e-Marketplace Special Purpose Vehicle .
The list includes Dharam Pal IAS (AGMUT 1988) as Additional Secretary- Department of Fertilizers, Aramane Giridhar IAS (Andhra Pradesh 1988) as Additional Secretary- Cabinet Secretariat, Arvind Kumar Sharma IAS (Gujarat 1988) as of Additional Secretary- PMO, Tarun Bajaj IAS (Haryana 1988) as Additional Secretary- PMO, Madhukar Gupta IAS (Rajasthan 1985) as Additional Secretary- Department of Public Enterprises, S M Alexander IPoS (1987) given extension in downgradation of the post of Additional Secretary to the JS Level , Department of Atomic Energy while Anoop Srivastava IDAS (1989) given extension in downgradation of the post of Additional Secretary & Financial Advisor to the level of JS -Department of Space.
