Shri C H Kharshiing IA&AS(1991) has been appointed to the post of Planning Adviser (Joint Secy level) in North Eastern Council Secretariat (NEC), Shillong under Ministry of Development of North Eastern Region for a period of five years from the date of assumption of charge of the post or until further orders, whichever is earlier vice Shri J. Lhungdim, IDAS (1984).
