Shri Awanish Kumar IAS (AGMUT 2014) presently Deputy Commissioner, South Delhi Municipal Corporation holding additional charge of OSD in Health & Family Welfare , has been transferred and posted as Special Commissioner (T&T). The officer shall also hold the additional charge of Special Secretary (IT). The officer shall continue to hold the additional charge of OSD in Health & Family Welfare.
