Shri Avishyant Panda IAS (Telangana 2017) has been given Inter cadre transfer from Telangana cadre to Maharashtra cadre on grounds of marriage to Ms. Vasumana Pant IAS (Maharashtra 2017), powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of Rule 5 of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954 and with the concurrence of the State Governments of Telangana and Maharashtra, the Central Government .
