Shri Ashish Chafterjee IAS (Tamil Nadu 1999) presently Joint Secretary, Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas, has been given extension in tenure for a combined tenure of seven years upto 01.06.2021 or until further orders, whichever is earlier, by upgrading the post held by him (in 51h year).
