Ms. Ansuli Arya IAS (Bihar 1989), has been given Extension in upgradation from the post of Administrator, Universal Service Obligation Fund, Department of Telecommunications from the level of Joint Secretary to that of Additional Secretary for term upto 20.07.2021.
