Respected sir,
1. I am a retired Army Officer and presently working as a President of “Ex-servicemen PBOR Association (Regd) “for Rajasthan. We are committed to help Ex-servicemen / their family for various types of problems.
2. My house is located on the Bharatpur to Achhnera Road Appx 2.0 kms from SP office Bharatpur . My neighbor Sep Balbir Singh (RAC) S/O Lakhan Singh is serving in 7th RAC BN Bharatpur either posted or deputed to 7th RAC BN Bharatpur. His Bn no- 616.
3. Earlier he has been blocked the road from the front and occupied the 20*85 feet wide road we asked to open it then he abused, threaten and challenged not to open the road. I have written letters to Administration, Police authorities then road opened in the presence of Police on 20 Jan 2008. He has given in writing not to do so in future. Since then he has retain the enmity with us.

4. Now again Incident happens on the 25 May 2019 at 5.30 PM he was extending the ramp on the road which is having sufficient length, I have spoken to him. Why you extending this ramp unnecessarily? Then Sep Balbir Singh (RAC) S/O Lakhan Singh and his son Mr.Manvendra Singh start abusing having no control on the tounge Threaten to Beat, Kill And Force To Run Away From House.
5. I am living with my wife at home, my son is a Banker in Jaipur living with their children in Jaipur. We are senior citizen age 67 and 66 respectively, unable to reciprocate them in any way.
6. Sep Balbir Singh (RAC) is a resident of Bharatpur, (Rajasthan) and a name plate affixed
on the gate written “ Balbir Singh Chahar , Manvendra Singh ( Teacher ), R.K Puram.”
7. Now more serious thing is that his son Mr.Manvendra Singh is teacher in UP by managed documents. If he attacks on us and run away to UP and show his presence in the school register then we cannot produce any evidence and even law cannot help us. It is a matter of investigation .They are offensive and threatening of misusing police power against us.
It is a very serious threat to us.
8. It is my declaration that if something happen to me or my family then Sep Balbir Singh (RAC) S/O Lakhan Singh and his son Mr. Manvendra Singh will be responsible.
Therefore you are requested to take appropriate action as the earliest. I shall be thankful to you.
