Shri Amrit Lal Meena IAS (Bihar 1989) presently Additional Secretary (Logistics), Department of Commerce, Ministry of Commerce & Industry , has been appointed as Special Secretary (Logistics), Department of Commerce, Ministry of Commerce & Industry by restoring the post to the level of Secretary to the Government of India.
