Shri Amir Subhani IAS (Bihar 1987) presently Development Commissioner – Bihar, Patna, has been appointed as Chief Secretary of Bihar. Shri Subhani, the topper of his batch, was Home Secretary of Bihar for 15 years since Nitish Kumar took over oath as Chief Minister in 2000.
