Shri Amir Subhani IAS (Bihar 1987) presently Additional Chief Secretary (Home) has been relieved as ACS of GAD and Minority Welfare Department, has been given additional charge of Additional Chief Secretary- Alcohol Prohibition Department and ACS- Monitoring Department.
