Shri Ali Raza Rizvi IAS (Himachal Pradesh 1988) presently Additional Secretary and Financial Adviser, Ministry of Information and Broadcasting , has been given in-situ upgradation and posted as Special Secretary and Financial Adviser, Ministry of Information and Broadcasting.
