13 IAS Transfers in Odisha – Indian Bureaucracy Exclusive | The Naveen Patnaik Govt has shifted 13 IAS Officers across the state with immediate effect, the full list of the names is :

1. Shri Suresh Kumar Vashisth IAS (1998) presently Special Secretary- Agriculture & Farmers Empowerment Department appointed as Commissioner-cum-Secretary- Agriculture and Farmers’ Empowerment Department, Odisha.
2. Shri Prem Chandra Chaudhary IAS (2010) presently Commissioner – BMC, Bhubaneswar transferred as OSD- GA & PG Department .
3. Shri Bhupendra Singh Poonia IAS (2008) presently State Project Director- OPEPA with additional charge of State Project Director- RMSA Bhubaneswar and Chairman- CHSE transferred as Managing Director- IPICOL .
4. Shri Anupam Saha IAS (2012) presently Collector & DM- Gajapati transferred as State Project Director- OPEPA . He shall also hold additional charge of Member Secretary- School in addition to his own duties.
5. Ms. Monisha Banerjee IAS (2013) presently Collector & DM- Sonepur transferred as Collector & DM- Bargarh, Odisha .
6. Dr. Yeddula Vijay IAS (2014) presently Collector & DM- Malkangiri transferred as Director -Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Services, Odisha, Cuttack.
7. Shri Smruti Ranjan Pradhan IAS (2012) presently Director-  Fisheries, Odisha given additional charge as Director- Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Services .
8. Shri Lingraj Panda IAS (2015) presently State Project Director- Odisha Adarsha Vidyalaya Sangathan transferred as Collector & DM- Gajapati, Odisha .
9. Ms. Aboli Sunil Naravane IAS (2015) presently ADM- Rourkela with an additional charge of Secretary-  Rourkela Development Authority transferred as Collector & DM- Sonepur, Odisha .
10. Shri Dibya Jyoti Parida IAS (2016) presently Commissioner- Rourkela Municipal Corporation with additional charge of CEO- Rourkela Smart City Ltd to hold additional charge as ADM- Rourkela and Secretary-  Rourkela Development Authority.
11. Shri Vishal Singh IAS (2015) presently PD- DRDA, Jajpur transferred as Collector & DM- Malkangiri, Odisha .
12. Shri Somesh Kumar Upadhyay IAS (2017) presently Sub Collector- Titlagarh with additional charge of Executive Officer- Titilagarh Municipality transferred as PD- DRDA, Kalahandi, Odisha .
13. Ms. P Anvesha Reddy IAS (2017) presently Sub Collector- Baripada with additional charge of Executive Officer-  Baripada Municipality transferred as PD- DRDA, Mayurbhanj, Odisha .
