In a major Indian bureaucratic reshuffle, 81 IAS officers have been transferred in Rajasthan.
The State Government has appointed Shri D B Gupta IAS as the new Chief Secretary as Shri Nihal Chand Goel IAS has retired. Shri Gupta was earlier Chief Secretary, Finance and is a 1983-batch IAS officer.
Shri Raj Hans Upadhyay IAS presently, Managing Director (MD), Rajasthan State Warehousing Corporation Raj Hans Upadhyay has been transferred to Rajasthan State Road Transport Corporation asSuresh Kumar Ola IAS (S K Ola IAS) MD.
Shri Mukesh Kumar Sharma IAS presently Additional Chief Secretary-Urban Development and Housing has been shifted to Finance, Excise and Taxation as Additional Chief Secretary.
Additional Chief Secretary rank officials Shri Khemraj Chaudhary IAS,Shri Jagdish Chandra Mohanty IAS, Shri Ravi Shankar Srivastava IAS, Shri Sudarshan Sethi IAS, Shri Subodh Agrawal IAS, Shri PK Goyal IAS, Divisional Commission of Jaipur, Udaipur and Ajmer and district collectors of Churu, Sawaimadhopur, Bikaner, Bharatpur, Rajsamand, Ajmer, Jaisalmer, Tonk, Kota, Dholpur, Bhilwara, Alwar, Hanumangarh, Sirohi and Bundi have also been transferred.
