6 Assam IAS Transfers – Indian Bureaucracy News | The Assam Govt has shifted 6 Indian Administrative Service Officers across the state with Jishnu Barua IAS ( 1988) presently ACS – Home, Political, Revenue & DM- Border Protection & Development, Social Welfare, Implementation of Assam Accord, Passport and Secretariat Administration (Archives) Dept relieved from the additional charge of ACS- Social Welfare Dept, Paban Kumar Borthakur IAS ( 1989) presently coming from Central deputation now posted as ACS- Social Welfare, Cultural Affairs and litigation Dept, Syedain Abbasi IAS ( 1990) presently ACS- Public Health Engineering, Water Resources, IT, Science & Technology and Food, Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs Depts relieved from the additional charge of ACS- IT and Science & Technology Dept, Archana Varma IAS (1995) presently Principal Secretary – Secretariat Administration and GAD transferred as Principal Secretary- Transport, IT and Science & Technology Dept, Dr. Krishna Kumar Dwivedi IAS ( 1996) presently Commissioner & Secretary- Industries & Commerce, Public Enterprises, Act East Policy Affairs, Transport and Skill, Employment & Entrepreneurship Dept relieved from the additional charge of Commissioner & Secretary- Transport Dept while Aayush Garg IAS ( 2016) presently Additional DC- I/C Titabor now transferred as Additional DC- Tinsukia.
