5 IAS upgraded to Special Secretary Level , GoI | The ACC has approved in-situ upgradation of 5 Indian Administrative Service Officers to the level of Special Secretary ( in the rank and pay of Secretary , GoI) with Praveen Garg IAS (MP 1988) presently Additional Secretary and FA- Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change as Special Secretary and FA- Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change by temporarily upgrading the post , Sukhbir Singh Sandhu IAS (Uttarakhand 1988) presently Chairman- NHAI, Ministry of Road Transport & Highways as Chairman- NHAI, Ministry of Road Transport & Highways , Anjali Bhawara IAS (Punjab 1988) presently Additional Secretary- MCA as Special Secretary- MCA by temporarily upgrading the post , Jatindra Nath Swain IAS (Tamil Nadu 1988) presently MD- Solar Energy Corporation of India Ltd. as MD- Solar Energy Corporation of India Ltd. in the rank and pay of Secretary by temporarily upgrading the post and Anil Kumar Jha IAS (Karnataka 1988) presently Additional Secretary- Department of Revenue, Ministry of Finance as Special Secretary, Department of Revenue, Ministry of Finance by temporarily upgrading the post held , ( rank and pay of Secretary to the Government of India).
