  1. Smt Sheuli Banerjee WBCS (Exe.-1993) presently Addl. Secretary – Housing Dept. is promoted as Special Secretary – Housing Dept.
  2. Shri Debasish Chakraborty-III WBCS (Exe.-1993) presently Addl. Secretary – K.M.D.A. is promoted as Special Secretary – K.M.D.A.
  3. Smt Sagarika Roy WBCS (Exe.-1993) presently Addl. Secretary – Judicial Dept. is promoted as Special Secretary – Judicial Dept., and,
  4. Shri Suman Kumar Ghosh WBCS (Exe.-1993)presently Addl. Secretary – Food & Supplies Dept. [Batch-1993] as Special Secretary – Food & Supplies Dept.
