IAS Reshuffle in Assam – Indian Bureaucracy Exclusive | The Assam Govt has reshuffled 4 IAS Officers with immediate effect across the state , the list of names are :
- Shri V S Bhaskar IAS (1985) presently Chairman- Board of Revenue, Assam and Additional Chief Secretary- Hill Areas, Mines & Minerals and Pensions & Public Grievances Departments now relieved from the additional charge of Additional Chief Secretary- Mines & Minerals Department, Assam .
- Shri Avinash Purushottam Das Joshi IAS (1994) presently Principal Secretary- Sports & Youth Welfare, Environment & Departments transferred as Principal Secretary- Environment & Forests and Excise Departments with addl charge of Principal Secretary- Mines & Minerals Department , Assam .
- Dr M Angamuthu IAS (2002) presently Commissioner & Secretary- WPT & BC, Tourism, Secretariat Administration and General Administration Departments and Commissioner, North Assam Division given additional charge as Commissioner & Secretary- Sports & Youth Welfare Department, Assam .
- Dr Siddharth Singh IAS (2005) presently Commissioner & Secretary- Public Health Engineering Department and MD- Swachh Bharat Mission (Gramin), Director- Neer Nirmal Pariyojana, World Bank Project PHED, SPMU and CEO- FREMMA given additional charge as Mission Director, Jal Jeevan Mission, Assam .
