4 IAS Reshuffle in Assam – Indian Bureaucracy News | The Assam Govt has reshuffled 4 IAS Officers with immediate effect with V S Bhaskar IAS (1985) presently Chairman- Board of Revenue, Assam and ACS- Hill Areas, Mines & Minerals and Pensions & Public Grievances Departments being relieved from the additional charge of ACS- Mines & Minerals Dept, Avinash Purushottam Das Joshi IAS (1994) presently Principal Secretary- Sports & Youth Welfare, Environment & Depts now transferred as Principal Secretary- Environment & Forests and Excise Departments with addl charge of Principal Secretary- Mines & Minerals Depts, Dr M Angamuthu IAS (2002) presently Commissioner & Secretary- WPT & BC, Tourism, Secretariat Administration and GAD and Commissioner- North Assam Division given additional charge as Commissioner & Secretary- Sports & Youth Welfare Dept while Dr Siddharth Singh IAS (2005) presently Commissioner & Secretary- Public Health Engineering Dept and MD- Swachh Bharat Mission (Gramin), Director- Neer Nirmal Pariyojana, World Bank Project PHED, SPMU and CEO- FREMMA has been given additional charge as Mission Director, Jal Jeevan Mission, Assam .
