3 IPS Transfers in Jammu & Kashmir | Indian Bureaucracy Exclusive | The J&K Govt has shifted 3 Indian Police Service Officers with immediate effect with Dr. B Srinivas IPS ( 1990) presently ADGP- CID), J&K now transferred as Commandant General- HG/CD/SDRF with additional charge as Director- Fire & Emergency Service, J&K , R R Swain IPS (1991) presently awaiting orders of posting has now been posted as ADGP- (CID), J&K. while Deepak Kumar IPS (1993) presently ADGP- Railways, J&K transferred as MD- Police Housing Corporation also holding additional charge as ADGP- Railways, J&K.
