J&K IAS Reshuffle – Indian Bureaucracy Recap | The J&K Govt has shifted 3 Indian Administrative Service Officers across the state with M Raju IAS (2005) presently Secretary- Planning, Development and Monitoring Dept with additional charge of the post of MD- J&K Project Construction Corporation given additional charge as MD & CEO- Jammu Mass Rapid Transit Corporation and and MD & CEO- Srinagar Mass Rapid Transit Corporation, Vikas Kundal IAS ( 2013) presently Additional CEO- Metropolitan Regulatory Authority, Srinagar, holding additional charge of Vice-Chairman- Srinagar Development Authority, MD & CEO- Jammu Mass Rapid Transit Corporation and MD & CEO- Srinagar Mass Rapid Transit Corporation now posted as MD – J&K Project Construction Corporation while Owais Ahmed IAS ( 2014) presently awaiting orders of adjustment in the GAD is now posted as DC- Bandipore.
