12 Bureaucrats appointed Secretary at the Centre

Secretary Level Appointments | Indian Bureaucracy News Update –  The GoI has appointed 12 Senior level Bureaucrats as Secretary in the Government of India , the names being :

1. Smt Anuradha Mitra IP&TA&FS (1982) presently Member (Finance), Digital Communications Commission, Dept of Telecommunications, Ministry of Communications appointed as Secretary-  Department of Official Language, MHA ,
2. Shri R S Shukla IAS (West Bengal 1986) presently in the cadre appointed as Secretary- Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs.
3. Shri Ravi Capoor IAS (Assam Meghalaya 1986) presently in the cadre appointed as Secretary- Ministry of Textiles .
4. Shri A K Bhalla IAS (Assam Meghalaya 1984) presently Secretary- Power appointed as OSD- MHA
5. Shri G V Venugopala Sarm IAS (Odisha 1986) presently in the cadre appointed as Member Secretary- NDMA
6. Shri S C Garg IAS (Rajasthan 1983) presently  Secretary- Dept of Economic Affairs, Ministry of Finance  has been appointed as Secretary- Ministry of Power
7. Shri Anshu Prakash IAS (AGMUT 1986) presently Additional Secretary, Dept of Telecommunications, Ministry of Communication has been appointed as Secretary-  Department of Telecommunications, Ministry of Communications.
8. Shri A K Khachi IAS (Himchal Pradesh 1986) presently in the cadre has been appointed as Secretary- Dept of Investment and Public Asset Management, Ministry of Finance.
9. Shri P D Vaghela IAS (Gujarat 1986) presently in the cadre has been appointed as Secretary- Dept of Pharmaceuticals, Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers.
10. Shri Atul Chaturvedi IAS (Assam Meghalaya 1986) presently Additional Secretary- Dept for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade, Ministry of Commerce & Industry  has been appointed as Secretary-  Dept of Animal Husbandry & Dairying, Ministry of Fisheries, Animal Husbandry & Dairying .
11. Shri Atanu Chakraborty IAS (Gujarat 1985) presently Secretary- Dept of Investment and Public Asset Management, Ministry of Finance , has been appointed as Secretary- Dept of Economic Affairs, Ministry of Finance.
12. Shri Guruprasad Mohapatra IAS (Gujarat 1986) presently Chairman- AAI , Ministry of Civil Aviation  has been appointed as Secretary- Dept for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade, Ministry of Commerce & Industry.
