Shri Vishvajit Sahay IDAS (1990), presently in the Cadre, ha sbeen appointed as Additional Secretary & Financial Advisor, Department of Science & Technology. The officer will also hold the charge of Financial Advisor, Department of Biotechnology and Ministry of Earth Sciences.
