Shri Vinay Kumar IAS (Bihar 1999) presently Additional Secretary – Ministry of Road, Transport & Highways has been given the additional charge as CVO- National Highway Authority of India (NHAI), Delhi for a period of six months from the date of assumption of charge of the post or till the appointment of a regular CVO in NHAI .
