Shri Vikas Anand IAS (AGMUT 2002), upon repatriation to the cadre and joining the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi (GNCTD), has been appointed as Secretary to the Chief Minister of Delhi. Prior to this assignment, he was on Central Deputation, serving as Chief Executive Officer, Public Enterprises, National Land Monetization Corporation (NLMC), under the Ministry of Finance, Government of India.
