Shri Vijay Kiran Anand IAS (Uttar Pradesh 2009) presently Mela Officer- Kumbh Mela Lucknow, has been appointed as Special Secretary, Basic Education Department, Govt. of UP , SPD, Sarva Shiksha Abhiyaan and Director, Mid Day Meal Authority. He will also hold charge of Mela Officer- Kumbh Mela Lucknow.
