II. JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Director (Operations) is a member of the Board of Directors and reports to Chairman and Managing Director. He is responsible for all operations of the company related to shipbuilding, achieving objectives of shipyard modernization, and export related issues. He is also responsible for industrial relations interactions and negotiations with unions.
