SAIL is a Schedule ‘A’ / Maharatna PSE in Steel sector with the administrative jurisdiction of Ministry of Steel.
II. JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Director (Projects and Business Planning) is a member on the Board of Directors and reports to Chairman. He is responsiblel for looking after the functions of Project Execution and Management. He is also responsible for strategic relating to mergers and acquisitions, straegic alliances, formations of joint ventures etc and new business opportunities.
