Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited (RCF) was incorporated under the Indian Companies Act, 1956 with the objective to carry on business relating to production and marketing of fertilizers, industrial chemicals and derivatives. The company has two operating units – one at Trombay and the other at Thal in Raigad District. RCF is a Schedule ‘A’/Mini-ratna CPSE in Fertilizers sector with the administrative jurisdiction of Ministry of Chemicals & Fertilizers.
II. JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Director (Finance) is a member of Board of Directors and reports to the Chairman and Managing Director. He/ she is the overall in-charge of finance and accounts functions of the organization, and is responsible for evolving and formulating related policies and their implementation, including Financial Planning, budgeting, costing, Financial control, preparation of financial statements in compliance with corporate norms and statutory requirements
