Shri V Shanmugam IAS (Uttarkhand 2007) presently Additional Secretary- Agriculture has been transferred and posted as Project Manager- Project Implementation Unit (PIU),(Irrigation), Bridges & Slopes , UDRP(Uttarakhand Disaster Recovery Project)-AF  (UDRP), Government of Uttarkhand.
