Uttarakhand IAS Appointments, New Jt Magistrates in Roorkee, Dehradun, Ranikhet and Pauri

Indian Bureaucracy News, August 02, 2025 | The Government of Uttarakhand has issued transfer and posting orders for four IAS officers. Two officers of the 2022 batch have been transferred, while two officers from the 2023 batch have been appointed as Joint Magistrates in the districts of Roorkee, Dehradun, Ranikhet, and Pauri. Details of the officers along with their current and new postings are provided below.

  1. Shri Deepak Ramachandra Shet IAS (Uttarakhand 2022), presently Joint Magistrate, Pauri, is transferred and appointed as Joint Magistrate – Roorkee, Uttarakhand.
  2. Shri Rahul Anand IAS (Uttrakhand 2022), presently Joint Magistrate, Ranikhet, is transferred and appointed as Joint Magistrate – Dehradun, Uttarakhand.
  3. Ms Gauri Prabhat IAS (Uttrakhand 2023), presently awaiting posting, is appointed as Joint Magistrate – Ranikhet, Uttarakhand.
  4. Ms Dikshita Joshi IAS (Uttrakhand 2023), presently awaiting posting, is appointed as Joint Magistrate – Pauri, Uttarakhand.
