Shri Urvinder P Singh Madan IAS (Maharashtra 1983) presently Additional Chief Secretary, Finance, Finance Department, Mantralaya, Mumbai, has been appointed as Chief Secretary of the Maharashtra . Shri Madan will succeed incumbent Chief Secretary Shri D K Jain.
Shri Madan had served as Commissioner of the MMRDA (Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority) which is headed by the CM, MD and Vice Chairman of Maharashtra Airport Development Company Ltd.He had also worked as the Chief Electoral Officer, Maharashtra.
