River Brahmaputra at Goalpara in Goalpara District of Assam has receded from High Flood Situation to Moderate Flood Situation at 0800hrs today.
At 0800 hrs, it was flowing at a level of 36.92 m with Falling trend which is 0.65 m above its Danger Level of 36.27 m and 0.51m below its previous HFL of 37.43 m recorded on July 31, 1954.
