Indian Bureaucracy News, Lucknow, December 13, 2025 | The Uttar Pradesh government on Friday (12.12.2025) approved promotion of 12 IAS officers of the 2010 batch to the Super Time Scale (Level-14 ₹1,44,200–2,18,200) of the Indian Administrative Service. The promotion will take effect from January 1, 2026, subject mandatory completion of Phase-IV of the Mid-Career Training Programme within the stipulated timeframe.

The elevation marks an important career milestone for the 2010 batch officers, many of whom currently hold key administrative and policy-facing assignments across the state.

The detailed list of promoted officers with their present postings is given below.

  1. Shri Akhand Pratap Singh IAS, he has been recently appointed as the Special Secretary, Election Department, Uttar Pradesh, with additional charge of Additional Chief Electoral Officer (ACEO) of the state.
  2. Shri Kumar Prashant IAS, presently he is the Special Secretary in the UP State Home Department.
  3. Smt Neha Sharma IAS, she is presently Inspector General (In-Charge), Stamp and Registration Department of Uttar Pradesh.
  4. Dr Monica Rani IAS, she is Director General, Department of Basic Education, Government of Uttar Pradesh.
  5. Shri Shambhu Kumar IAS, he is the Managing Director of Purvanchal Vidyut Vitaran Nigam Limited, and is posted at Lucknow the state capital of Uttar Pradesh.
  6. Shri Yogesh Kumar IAS, he is the Incharge Commisioner and Registrar of Uttar Pradesh Coperative Societies.
  7. Shri Nitish Kumar IAS, he is the Managing Director of Dakshinanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Ltd (DVVNL) and posted at its Agra Office.
  8. Shri Bhawani Singh Khangarot IAS, he is presently the Special Secretary of state’s Revenue Department.
  9. Smt Sandeep Kaur IAS, she is presently the Director of Women Welfare Department at the Directorate of Women Welfare, Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow.
  10. Smt Durga Shakti Nagpal IAS, she the District Magistrate and Collector of Lakhimpur Kheri in Uttar pradesh.
  11. Shri Ravindra Kumar IAS, he is Special Secretary, UP Agriculture; Agriculture Marketing & Foreign Trade; and; Agriculture Education and Research.
  12. Shri Om Prakash Arya IAS, he is presently Member (Judicial) at Board Of Revenue, at Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh.
