Indian Bureaucracy News, Lucknow, December 13, 2025 | The Uttar Pradesh government on today (13.12.2025) transferred five IAS officers, appointing Rajesh Kumar IAS (Uttar Pradesh 2021), presently Chief Development Officer, Chitrakoot, as Additional CEO of the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA). A senior officer inducted into the IAS cadre this year after service in the state civil services, Rajesh Kumar joins YEIDA, which holds land assets exceeding ₹3,000 crore (March 2024) and reported revenues of ₹982.5 crore in H1 FY 2024, led by group housing, industrial projects and residential plots. YEIDA’s organisational structure currently lists a single Additional CEO position, presently held by Nagendra Pratap, who was Promoted to IAS in 2016, suggesting either the creation of an additional post or a subsequent posting order. Devi Prasad Pal IAS (Uttar Pradesh 2020), Deputy Secretary, UPPSC, has been posted as Chief Development Officer, Chitrakoot.

The full list of transfers is detailed below.

  1. Shri Rajesh Kumar IAS (Uttar Pradesh 2021), presently Chief Developmen Officer, Chitrakoot, is transferred and appointed as Additional CEO (ACEO) – Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority, Gautam Budh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.
  2. Shri Devi Prasad Pal IAS (Uttar Pradesh 2020), presently Deputy Secretary, Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC), Prayagraj, is transferred and appointed as Chief Development Officer, Chitrakoot, Uttar Pradesh.
  3. Smt Prerna Sharma IAS (Uttar Pradesh 2014), presently Special Secretary, Horticulture and Food Processing Department, Uttar Pradesh, with additional charge of Head of the Department (Food Processing) and Director, Sericulture, is transferred and appointed as Special Secretary, Infrastructure and Industrial Development Department, Uttar Pradesh.
  4. Shri T K Shibu IAS (Uttar Pradesh 2012), presently Special Secretary, Agricultural Production Commissioner (APC) Branch, Lucknow, is given additional charge of Special Secretary, Horticulture and Food Processing Department, Uttar Pradesh, along with additional charge of Head of the Department (Food Processing), Uttar Pradesh.
  5. Shri Devendra Kumar Singh Kushwaha IAS (Uttar Pradesh 2012), presently Special Secretary, Sericulture Department, Uttar Pradesh, is given additional charge of Director, Sericulture, Uttar Pradesh.
