Shri Kalraj Mishra, the Union Minister for MSMEs, applauded the efforts of the National Small Industries Corporation (NSIC), especially through its Rapid Incubation programme , to create opportunities for self employment. Going around NSIC`s Rapid Incubation Centre in Okhla, he appreciated NSIC for its active role in skill development and entrepreneurship training for unemployed and startup entrepreneurs. He gave away certificates for those trainees who completed the three month long incubation programme successfully.
