Shri Sumit Kumar Pandey IAS (Tripura 2021) presently with Tripura Cadre has been transferred to Madhya Pradesh Cadre on grounds of marriage to Ms. Mini Shukla IPS (Madhya Pradesh 2022).
A bright and dedicated officer, Shri Pandey holds a B.Tech. degree in Mining Engineering from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kharagpur, where he graduated with distinction.
He joined the Indian Administrative Service in 2021 and has since demonstrated exemplary commitment to public service. During his tenure as Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM) in Tripura, he worked extensively in the areas of Land Revenue Management and District Administration, earning recognition for his proactive approach, administrative efficiency, and people-centric governance. His efforts contributed significantly to improving service delivery mechanisms and strengthening local governance frameworks.
Known for his analytical acumen, disciplined work ethic, and empathetic leadership, Shri Pandey embodies the ideals of integrity and innovation in public administration.
