Ms. Shubha Naresh Bhambhani ITS(1987) presently Principal General Manager at BSNL Corporate Office New Delhi has been appointed as CVO, Engineers India Ltd. (EIL), Delhi under the Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas for an initial period of 3 years, from the date of assumption of charge of the post.
