Shri Shiv Kumar Nigam presently Deputy Director(OL), Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, has been appointed to the post of Second Secretary (Hindi and Culture) in High Commission of India, Port of Spain under Ministry of External Affairs(MEA) for a period of three years from the date of assumption of charge of the post.
