Velusamy Murugesan will continue in CBI till the apex Court allows his repatriation.

The Department of Personnel and Training, was forced to follow the Supreme Court directions of May 8, 2013 and withdraw its order of May 12, 2014 regarding premature repatriation of Murugesan, IPS (UK:1997), DIG CBI.
