This is to bring to your notice that ’employee’ of CERC, ‘Mr. Ankit Kumar as chief engineering officer’ is booked under 498A, 406 and 34 of IPC ACT.
The case is not filed on any false allegation, as police investigated the case and there were incidents of physical torture to me.
I know, your concern would be that let the court decide the case. I sincerely request that, in the absence of correct intervention, if CERC is indirectly encouraging such employee to gamble with the young lives of girls.
