Shri Sameer Kumar Khare IAS (Assam-Meghalaya 1989) presently Additional Secretary, Department of Economic Affairs, has been appointed as Executive Director, Asian Development Bank, Manila for a tenure of three years from the date of assumption of the charge of the post.
