Shri S S Meenakshi Sundaram IAS (Assam Meghalya 2004) presently Director, Social Welfare, Assam and Secretary to the Govt. of Assam, Social Welfare Department is transferred and appointed as Secretary to the Govt. of Assam, Guwahati Development Department (GDD) and Urban Development Department (UDD) and Secretary, Assam State Capital Region Development Authority (ASCRDA).
